When you open the home page, we count the page opening and any campaign tags in the link. These are daily totals without your name, phone number, electricity bill, IP address or a visitor ID in our analytics database. The counts are visible only to PakkaSolar's owner.

When you request a solar review, PakkaSolar collects your name, mobile number, city, usual monthly electricity bill range and roof access. If the link you used has campaign tags, we record those tags with your enquiry to understand which outreach brought you here. We use these details to assess your enquiry and contact you about residential rooftop solar.

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp because you consented on the form. We do not ask for your full bill or payment details in this first step. If we speak, we may keep a brief note of your solar needs and whether you gave permission for an introduction to a named installer. If a local installer or financing partner is relevant, we will ask before sharing your personal details with them.

Enquiries are stored in our website database and are visible only in the protected owner view. We do not sell enquiry details. If you request a data change, we will verify that the phone number belongs to you before taking action.

The site is hosted by OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. This notice may be updated as PakkaSolar grows; the current version is dated 23 September 2026.
